The MSP’s verified active seats are aggregated across all managed client tenants. The MSP is billed a flat $9.99 per active seat each month (or $7.49 for Founding Partners during their 24-month lock period). There are no volume tiers. The MSP bills its clients separately at prices it chooses.
There is no minimum seat commitment for MSP partners. Founding MSP Partners also have no minimum commitment.
